March 12 at 3 PM Pacific Time - Beyond Find-a-Grave: Death records and how to find them
Headstones and death certificates are useful for genealogy, but where do you look when you can’t find either one? This presentation will help you break down brick walls and learn more about your ancestors’ stories.
In person at the Marie Kerr Rec. Center, 2723 Rancho Vista Blvd., Palmdale, CA
Online at: avgenealogy.org/meeting. Link will become active fifteen minutes before the meeting.
AVGS Research Center
The Research Center is now closed and all the books have been placed into storage. While we look for a new location, we are also making plans for a temporary "pop-up" research center with volunteer assistants, computers, and access to Ancestry Library Edition.
